<Biased towards Cliffs or incompetant reporting.
Cliffs is using heavy handed tactics to force their way while another company in the Ring ( there are many more there), Noront Resources having not only chromite but a valuable nickle ore deposit is doing everything correct environmentally, with natives and I suspect politically but you completely ignore them.
How is that? If not disgraceful, then shamefull. Ed.>
