Hello All,

It's been a while since my last post.

I did attend the AGM.

Here is a brief summary.

Intro and voting lead by Paul Parrisitto. They voted in favour of the current directors and share performance plan. This part of the AGM was short and uneventful.

Then Alan Cutts spoke for the rest of the AGM. He emphasized that he only had "5 days so far with his feet under the desk", but he was very excited to be there.

He spoke of his experience (which is vast). Thank you to Babak for the previous summary, but his personal summary showed extensive experience in remote mine building and discovery working for some of the largest Mining companies in the world. He also understands working with the government due to his previous experience.

He was very excited about the ore body and potential for further discoveries. He mentioned that he was very excited to study the maps to date and look at further drilling. He joined Noront because of the experienced team, property and financial backing from RCF.

The first question from the audience was regarding the price of Nickel. To make a long story short he felt upcoming demand and Supply restraints would cause nickel to be significantly higher in 2-3 years. I am well versed myself with the current Nickel market and I agree the he was well informed.

The next question was from Sonny Gannon, who is a first Nation Chief from Aroland I believe. I was more of a statement that his community is for development but they need to know more (and in their language) so they can be informed. Allan's response was classy and articulate.

The next question was regarding the ES which Paul Sample answered. He felt that the, submission to the government would be by the end of this year.

Allan also re-emphasized Nickel first and then a partner or collaboration for the Chromite.

Overall there was nothing groundbreaking at the AGM (but there never is with any company), but I felt Allan Coutts will take us to the next level.

Sorry for any typos and crappy grammer, but I'm squeezing in this post while on the treadmill.

JDR
