Options issued under the Stock Option Plan expire no more than one year after the date of the optionee ceases to be an employee, director or officer of the Company. Options issued under the Stock Option Plan may be exercised by the optionee’s legal representative during said year.

So Wes Hanson has options until this December.

Joe Hamilton has them until next March.

Nov. 10, 2013 ....80 cent options that were issued in 2008 expire. These options were issued to Directors only.

There were 1.8 million of them. The directors that qualify are:

Joe Hamilton, Paul Parisotto, Darren Blasutti (each with 300k @ .80 cents).

10 cents above 80 cents would create a nice 30K each...a nice stocking stuffer for Christmas.

Wes has a sizable amount of stock options. It seems Noront was very pleased with how he performed for PHASE 1 of Noront. ...Noront did say that Alan Coutts is joining Noront for its NEXT PHASE. I have this feeling that a Christmas Gift will be given to Wes before expiration of his options this Dec.
