Even your title "Hold your horses..Here is the situation", seems strange.

It is as ....if it comes from You......then it is fact.

I'll tell You... what the situtation is:

You simply and plainly...offered an opinion...nothing more. Or in your own words...a hunch...a prediction.

For example..look at what you wrote here:

Professor...I have news for you...unless you are an INSIDER of the company...you are providing nothing more than Predictions or hunches...

That being said...I find it strange you would write this......

"I hate to be the bearer of bad new. But get real. All this nonstop speculation and "hunches" and predictions are total nonsense. It's a waiting game. And the wait will take a while."

So,...just so I am clear...if others have opinions or speculations....they are ..."total nonsense".....but, if the "professor" has an option OR speculation then it is .......what exactly??
