Clear as cement, Cliffs will be involved, that's what's clear. Cliffs share price is up 34% from lows of the year despite depressed commodity prices and as is the typical rheteric from US company's (and citizens for that matter) they tend to fancy themselves. So this is how they do things when they don't get their way and its nothing more than puffery and posturing.

Said it before and will again, turnaround by Xmas.
