Seems we have some "track"-tion with the most viable solution for all ROF stakeholders

Frank Smeenk, KWG has been talking this angle up lately. What I want to know is when this meeting will be held, when will the province get the plan? Something Gravelle might have eluded to in his recent statement in parliament...
