Something is up with the action as of late, that is for sure. I don't buy for a second that anyone is being "scared" out of their shares when we're .02 friggin cents from the 52 week low, especially considering Wynne has alluded to the bloody world that infrastructure is coming.
It is something else and it is significant IMO. I still wonder where cliffs sits in all of this. They never supported the e/w corridor because of the slightly longer distance. If we are correct in assuming Wynnes comments are about e/w, what will cliffs stance be now? Would they ever partner with Noront? Or take noront over all together? Would noront ever offer on cliffs chrome? Many questions rattling around in my mind that I don't have answers to. The only thing I know, is Noront is being heavily controlled right now, and usually this occurs prior to a major announcement.
