All the province is trying to do is delay ROF for as long as possible...they have no money..(and never will have)...they have no political will.. (not enough votes) they know their days are numbered...(they can blame it all on the next government). Not to mention that they are completely incompitant and dont know squat about creating jobs. Thanks for the legacy McGuinty...
