Certainly not 2020 as someone posted. That's just spewing without thought.

I said I would have expected 2015 as start date. It was a northern mayor that figured 2020, even Hudak said he would get it happening by the end of his term if elected or something along those lines. At any rate seems discussion is'nt any different then 3 years ago, very frustrating.
