Expect an announcement on e/w soon. As I said about a month ago, we needed n/s road to go through, OR for cliffs to put their ROF project on ice before Feds would/could move forward. The Canadian government didn't want to look as though they back peddled on their previous word. Cliffs bailing on their own accord gives Feds the green light to "change plans". Djje
