I'll take a stab = Not necessarily Noront.

Noront will be busy operating it's nickel mine.
Granted the shaft and tunnels will be in place and so the chromite ore should be more easly and earlier accessible BUT will we be able to transpost it to a smelter?.

If anyone cares for my two cents worth, re chromite mining, then I say KWG will be first with Noront a close second. Perhaps both will act as partners.
