Ya know those movies where someone on the inside knows how a certain action is going to go? It's a sure thing 'cause you've got the inside dope and you know its not happening really soon so you have time to acquire some interest in it little by little without attracting any real attention. You got this info. from somebody who knows somebody so all of the friends and family get taken care of. A deal you couldn't pass up eh....and it came out of business as usual on the back of something that was just going through "proper procedures". Imagine if you were following just such an action and you had the chance to buy some interest which had been severely beaten down so it was incredibly cheap....to give you a XX bagger.
