Has anyone thought about this idea? If you look back at all of the CEO's of the Noront company from Richard Nemis to Allan Coutts, only Allan has reached into his own pocket and purchased shares of the company. Could it be that Allan knows he will never get the opportunity to have a performance review because the company will be bought out before that opportunity comes along?
