Thanks for that Doug. Much appreciated. So we complete step one on Dec. 20th assuming all is well with the EA. One down, two to go. I wonder what they mean by meaningful advancement with the FNs and if we aren't already close to that. Noront has excellent relations with FN in the ROF and are champions in Webecque.

Could really only be step #2 to complete in 2014. And as Kenner posted, we are well on the way to resolving part of step #2 with the east west road apparently already under construction.
