'How important is an approved EA?'

If you do not get approval environmentally then it is a project stopper. So crucial.

If you get it then it is a continuation and more dependent on next steps of development. Hence good but I do not think it will have the influence that an approval and letting of a contract for the road to the Ring.

Let me guess in simpler terms.

EA granted, our current sp goes to 60+ cents.
E/W Road contract approved and financed ( guaranteed that it will be soon), sp to 6 bucks!?

Mine is hardly the last word on the subject, Cheers.
