(What worries me however is the necessary financing for shares schemes that will arise along the course. It can be convertible loans with impossible conditions, or half-disguised takeover processus hidden behind fancy clauses, etc... Those are in general meticulously arranged behind closed doors to fit the inside investors' interests - which are generally outmatching those of retail shareholders' ... Let's hope that our boys are shareholders-oriented!)
