A standard deflection from the question at hand to trade in general.

The Ring does not need marketing because it is not yet a producer.
The trade agreements, such as with Europe, are a side issue and not directly applicable to the Ring.

The simplification of permits is only a tiny help for the Ring.

What is most needed is road and railway. With that provided all the remaining issues would quickly fall into place.

However that topic was not addressed. Probably the answer would be as the Prime Minister's - It is a provincial matter.

Don't tell me, he has to be a Conservative and believes that the PM does not need further informing.

Humbug.
