The new CEO is to get 2,000,000 shares of NOT if the shareprice of NOT achieves certain increasing price milestones...Does anyone know what those milesone prices are??? Or is that confidential info...Still cannot believe that no one on the BOD or management has purchased any shares of NOT recently on the open market...Does not show too much confidence in the company ..Just a thought.........Regards..
