Who was it on the NOT forum that stated he / she would be buying shares at .16 when our sp was in the 20s, because their prediction seems to be bang on. We have been holding steady between .16 - .17 for some time now. Does anyone know who gave this prediction and whether they had a theory in mind since this seems to be of coincidence.
