Some may not consider this post relevant to NOT, but I owning some CZN see some similarities.

I own some not just for the zinc, they have also silver and I consider silver the most undervalued metal on this planet. Location = Yukon, much further north.

Having stated my bias, to similarities:

CZN had problems with natives ( does this ring a bell? ), the excuse was near by park and possible pollution. Yes I said excuse.

Note that governments also provide here traning for jobs that do not yet exist. Hallo?)

I say, it is buying the natives to come on board with proposed develpoment.
