Take a look at this math. Noront has 20 million metric tons of nickel in the ground that we know of. That is not including Eagle 2 or AT-12. All I want to base this on is half of what I know is in the ground which is 10 million metric tons. (10,000,000 x 2200) = 22,000,000,000 pounds. Today’s closing price for nickel was $6.32. Let’s pretend I want to sell Noront to a potential buyer.
Here is what I offer, take the value of nickel and price it at $3.00 and now multiply that value by the known half amount of nickel in the ground. (3 x 22,000,000,000) = $66,000,000,000 now let’s take the 66 billion dollar value and multiply it by 5% and you then get $3,300,000,000. Noront has 250,000,000 outstanding shares more or less with options. If you divide the 3.3 billion by the outstanding shares you get a share price of $13.20.
To my potential buyer please take a look at what I am giving you for FREE. Another 10 million metric tons of nickel, 40 million metric tons of chromite, also you are getting copper, platinum, palladium, gold, and REE’s, I will throw in Eagle 2 and AT-12 plus the hundred other anomalies that have not been drilled.
Also, I have done a feasibility study and I am handing in an EA on the 20th of December.
Do you see anything wrong with my sells pitch and the price that I am asking?
