James Bay Development Corp + ONTC = Answer to the Provincial government's bumbling on two fronts. Save jobs and adds alot more to Northern Ontario economy!

One crew from the North working south another working from the South towards the ROF. This was KWG's approach in a recent PR, and I think it is coming to fruition.
