Do not raise your hope too much on the EA comming.

We should get a spike but if the E/W road is far from comming the sp spike will end fairly quickly and we may again be, after the EA, in the 20s cent range.

I see the E/W road as the key and it's financing being out of question. EA as a temporary positive sighn but I do not think it has much holding power for our sp.
