The " NEWS" of Noront's demise as year was drawing to a close seems to be

vastly premature. I firmly believe that we have survived a perfect storm.

Inactivity or at least slow moving by both levels of Government, seeming

slow progress of negotiations with First Nations, low base metal prices,

tax loss selling and finally CLIFFS Nat. Resources pulling out of ROF for now

made it possible to besiege Noront to the extent that was witnessed.

Slowly most of the above difficulties will be behind us soon.

Not being able to calculate volume weighted average price of Noront shares

to determine number of shares needed for fourth quarter's interest payment

i made crude calculation and came up with average price of 21 cents give or

take a cent.Foreign exhange might also work against Noront too.

At 21 cents average RCF will receive ( if they opt to get paid in share) on Jan15

roughly 1.88 Million shares of Noront.

Even though disapointing number it is a lot less than 2.63 Million shares recently

posted and way less than 4 Million casually offered by the same poster.

As for 40 Million shares to be paid quartely? It does not even merit a response!

As for poster who generously spun a theory with a catch phrase moniker:

" MY Noront Conspiracy Theory" I think he should copyright it quickly.

IMHO he and I will most likely NOT live long enough to see it happen.
