Noront will be paying for the all of ice road and all season road from webequie junction and charging for use to other explorers. I am pretty certian that the rest of the road down to Pickle would be a FN and Canada/Ontario responsibility with Noront paying to use. It will happen and it may be only iceroad for start of construction. A ramp should be started next winter.
