Everyone who knows better is playing the same waiting game here. IMO we should not expect high volume, but rather low volume with an ever increasing price tag. The key here is if you want in its going to cost you. Should volume increase it will only be when the media gives the impression of positive news. To analyse this technically at present IMO is not going to be accurate until infrastructure funding is known, with the next stage of accurate TA being after EA approval.
