No apology needed Strato-dear. There is a lot to watch for when one quits smoking. 3 weeks is a milestone. 3 months there is a resurgence of urge. In the spring or any change of season. It is an extinguishment of the urge to smoke whenever you do anything you did when you smoked, one by one. It is truly monumental. Anxiety in all its forms for a long time. Your doc could prescribe an anti-anxiety med to help you when you need it. The deal is not to give in to the urge, and take all the help you need when you need it.
