This government and their management of electrical generation projects is a disaster. If they can't improve the situation then leave it alone. Burn coal now and improve the plant when you have tax reveneu from the ROF. Good idea...lets buy fuel from the US to generate electricity in a country with abundant natural resources. No wonder by electrical bill keeps going up.
