Whether we like it or not, we are subject to political whims.

Ontario is supposed to have it's election first. That means a possible Conservative party win. So Harper is waiting for the election to be called and he will either make an offer during the election with his partner H. at his side. OR he will wait for Hudak's win and keep the news until Harper's turn with the voters comes.

I have nothing against Wynne, she is not Mr. MacG and she did go to Ottawa begging.
Would Harper have done similar in Toronto, obviously not.
