The thing that cought my eye the most was:

"Ontario had a $642-million shortfall in equalization payments from Ottawa this year, compared to a $1.8-billion increase to Quebec and a $1-billion boost to Alberta."

Of course it would since I am from Ontario and invested in the Ring. Alberta 1 billion?!

I have riled against politicians but the federal conservatives have to take the booby prize for being so blatent.
