Good morning Djje, and all the care to read. Sorry for taking so long to get back to you, but my boss is all over me here! Hahaha
I’m not angry LOL, we lose so much in body language & tone when we write. I think about 80% of the issues posters have here is mostly misunderstanding where people are coming from & what they actually mean by their posts. I value your posts Djje & all posts here, as opinions & everyone is allowed to have their own.
When I referred to a low ball bid in my earlier post. It was based on my discussions with some “older”, (maybe the right word would be more experienced investors), posters here estimating a realistic final buyout share price of around $2 to $3 & anything above would be great, is what has been posted here & I agreed with them. Also the major shareholders avg. share price of around 0.52.
We have on going thread posting here constantly & we can’t be expected to have the time to go back & recap all that has been said in previous posts to justify a paragraph or thought on some new development. I, as many here have to work full time jobs& just can’t afford the time. Having said that it would be IMO each & every investor is responsibility to have read all the posts to be able to comment on ongoing subjects & new developments to make there comment relevant. Even if the speculation seems out of line. We as posters just don’t have to answer them & the thread dies out, if there isn’t any interest, but if the string continues, than if is of importance to some& they should be able to discuss it until they are satisfied. Anger should never come into the agoracom picture IMHO.
My low ball initial bid price est. would be $1.00 to $1.75. In no way do I feel this will be below $1 & agreed no one is in this just for a double.
I’m not sure why anyone here would assume that I was implying such a low bid as current price + .15? That would be ridiculous& would imply a huge loss for the people that hold the majority shares in NOT & will ultimately decide the fate of NOT. It’s not like they need to unload it.
I didn't mean to imply anything less, but whomever steps up to make the first bid, without a challenge, what will drive the price?
Time will tell…
"& pls. real serious, honest posters" (LOL that’s a good one) pls. step up & post your thoughts on who else maybe interested in this play? If you could lay out some like Babjak1, where the dots start to be connect, I would love to hear all you have to say.
& once again, not mad, angry or anything else, just would like more discussion as to where & who maybe involve going forward.
