Some of you may think that Harper wants to release some tid bits re the Ring before Ontario legislatue sits and therefore has a chance to do so first. Namely Harper wants to beat Wynne to the punch.

No no, I disagree.

If Feds want a balanced, or near balanced budget then there is no room for any fat to spare.
