...who works at the Ontario government offices mentioned to me yesterday that every day there are people talking about the ROF. It's in the hallways and offices daily.

A year ago, this wasn't the case. So we're on the right track and just need all governments and first nations to get the ball in the end zone. Sort of like what Seattle did to the Broncos yesterday.
