I guess it only makes sense that on feb.25th/2014 we'll finally be set free? RCF has been given a full year to average down. This will satisfy the convertible portion of the loan. It all looks kosher as the share price didn't breach the "steal of a deal" $0.45 cent placement within the last year. Coincidentally:) In 18 days there is no real advantage to keeping the price low. I say bring it on, the dilution is already baked in anyways. Will the conversion set a new floor on our share price? Take care all.
