Exactly my point babjak1. If the loan isn't paid in 18 days the criteria to receive $15 million in cheap $0.45 cent shares will be met. How would it have looked this past year if we skyrocketed to $2 with essentially a 30 million share PP coming?

Feb.25/2014 = game on. And for once, the big boys will have incentive to play, not just hold us stationary. I'm ok with it, some may call it manipulation, others call it business, either way, we went to them for the money, not the other way around. Good luck.
