The change of year end to Dec. ensured that all employees, board members, consultants, etc. had there incentive options for this last fiscal year available earlier than the April norm. Imo, this was the only reason for the year end change. They knew the share price was going to double plus through Feb and they knew that very significant news was coming and it could not be delayed until after the end of March. They changed their year end to accomodate this. So, new should be expected at any time between now and mid March, 3 week window give or take a few days. imo.
