Again, the phrase 'getting it right' appears to mean having committees but doing nothing concrete. Why do people, elected to make decisions find it impossible to make decisions, once elected. We will never get it right but we must make a start and allow the project to evolve as it progresses. There are thousands of jobs to be had and so many tax dollars to enlarge the fed/prov coffers that it boggles my mind that something can't get started. Once started, it will progress. But for goodness sakes, get it started. It's pathetic watching well paid people squander my hard earned money. Rant over
