something else giving me the tingly-ginglies

We saw the recent Ontario Chamber of Commerce PDF that created quite the stir..but do you remember this part?

http://www.northernontariobusiness.com/Industry-News/mining/2014/02/Ontario-Chamber--Ring-of-Fire-must-be-%E2%80%9Cnational-priority%E2%80%9D.aspx

Ontario Chamber: Ring of Fire must be “national priority”

Interested in buying a Ring of Fire bond?

The Ontario Chamber of Commerce suggests that could be one way to expedite the lagging development of the series of high-grade chromite and base metals in the James Bay lowlands

======================================

Why am I getting the tingly ginglies??

It's the word Bond....That got the memory working in overtime.

It's going back to the RBC on the buy side and Morgan Stanely Canada on the sell side.

It's going back to the Development corp. introduced by Gravelle.

We've got mining companies, fed & Prov government, Indians, Deloitte...but what about the money.....Ontario Chamber of commerce is talking about a bond.

Here's an example from 2007 ....between RBC and Morgan Stanely..
