TORONTO, Feb. 27, 2014 /CNW/ - The General Chairperson's Association (GCA) representing unionized employees at Ontario Northland is pleased to announce that following Premier Wynne's request to provide her government with a business plan as an alternative to divestment, ONTC Labour and Management have worked diligently over the past several weeks to prepare an all-encompassing transformational business plan covering all divisions including Ontera.
