The provincial budget maybe why Noront changed it's year end to Dec. They created a significant benefit to employees to have their options earned and in hand before that infrastructure news is released. Tons better than earning them after at a significantly increased price after the annoucement. So I think budget should be expected before the end of March and we should expect it as a catalyst for more immediate news and some special sp growth.
