The government will allocate money, but don't expect an amount to be given, at least not specific amounts, with specific timelines, which they will be held accountable to; IMHO. I personally believe they are still waiting for Noront's EA submission to pave the way for more promises of investment. There should be no problems with it being passed since it does appear to be quite thorough. However, I am sure the government will want reassurances of success before handing out the big bills. I am glad they have finally recognized that the FN are to be respected and that they too deserve just as much consideration as any other Ontarian. The framework signed upon is a promising step since it shows all parties are serious about moving forward, but we are still walking here, not running. Patience I think is still in order before the sp moves significantly.
