Funny, they seem to have no problems investing 2 billion into something they no will pay off, may be the Government of Canada could take notes here before the markets pass them by. The only question now is which takes longer to build, a N/S railroad in Canada or a 3 billion dollar smelter in Indonesia. No more talk, lets move here!
