There should be no movement on ANY share prices in the Ring until the "wicked witch of the north" calls an election or leaks the amount of dollars going into infrastructue in the Ring!!!

Only then will the Munchkins dance and sing "the witch is gone...the witch is gone, ...hooray the witch is gone", then we will see lots of interest in the ring in all companies and the SP should rise...
