Comment: ...... "Could" .... Is a conditional word. You can't take a conditional word to a bank to secure funding. Just another Wynne weasel word. All bets off until an election, .... whoever wins. There is some urgency for the election timeline start /finish in order to meet NOT/RFC timeline mandatories. Permitting looks like it's a given, and the funding timeline is controlled by the Feds , not Ontario. Ontario has no money, not to mention rapidly diminishing leadership credibility and bond ratings. The key is a specific $ funding pledge by the fed ministers in charge, with Hudak on the stage. IMO. Peter
