This is simply a game of tennis between bid and ask, except the ask just does not have the balls to go beyond love to match point. The ask is giving in too easily to the bid's serve, so with that we go back and forth, and back and forth.... In the adjoining court neither the provincial or federal government wants to pay to cover the court costs, not to mention the fact that no one wants to step into the court to play the game in the first place, eventhough no one really cares who the winner is, only that there is one. Truth be told, IMO until someone serves up an ace, and the fans are willing to pay to watch the game, I see only losers here, no winners. Game...set... match.
