hey Strat..I seem to vagely remember some months back reading a post that said something to the effect that the ccc claims were maybe not entirely valid..something about only allowed 4 consecutive claims in any direction. I wonder if this could be why the Prov. wants to be part of the appeal...so they can state (clarify) their position...Mind you I am old, fat, and tired and might have dreamed this up...(dont laugh its very possible):)
