Noront makes it's leadership statement in it's response to the $1 Bilion provincial funding for ROF. Noront states: it will be 'the first mine in ROF'; it has positive significant and ongoing involvement with FNs; it's draft EA and EIS reports are already filed with both Federal and Provincial Environmental Agencies. Noront also shows leadership by pointing out the other remaining need 'stable and affordable power'. Makes me think Noront's Chromite may be more front of their mind that I had expected.
