According to the article in the link below, Andrea Horwath did not should up to the budget release and stated she would render her decision tomorrow morning. It doesn't sound good for the Liberals.

The budget also confirmed that the funding for the Ring of Fire is contigent on the Feds matching.

Personally I feel that the Conservative's pledge to the Ring of Fire is more solid and puts Noront clearly in the driver's seat. We'll have to wait a little longer for the election, but what's a little more wait time for a better plan.
