I confirm that Gravelle spoke 'not contingent' just as ANL heard it. Gravelle should be taken to task for this indiscretion. Either way the Fed funds will be coming. The return is just simply too great to ignore for any reason. Please support substance over form and remind your mp's of the value of substantive and longer term vision .
