When I mentioned that I don't side with the teachers, but maybe the nurses, perhaps I should clarify that I wanted to take a swipe at the teachers who take way too much time off (PA days are numerous and they seem to take most or all of their sick days...), but the nurses really helped me only a few months ago and I don't know what I would've done without their care. Although the docs I was lucky to see once the operation was over.
